In present times, both – Slums & Bungalows, are getting converted into Apartments, with prices ranging from – 05 lacs to 500 crores.

However the, Apartment complexes, instead being a, heaven for peace, have become a, breeding ground of, disputes & mismanagement.

In most cases just (10%) of unruly Apartment owners, hold the entire, Apartment Complexes to ransom.

The rest (90%), who are peace loving & are in compliance of – laws and human way of life, submit to the violators. Submissive peace seeking individuals, have their, own challenges in life & none wants to pick up a dispute, in a place, where one intends to dwell for, rest of her/his life.

Additionally, there is lack of a, standard operating procedure, towards management of – Housing Societies.

This is an initiative to, connect & empower – Governing Bodies of Housing Societies, by collective sharing of –

• ##Best Practices;
• ##Discussing Issues, to evolve resolution mechanism;
• ##Making Joint Representations to, Law Making Authorities, for framing required law, towards addressing multiple - Issues & Disputes, of - Apartment Complexes;
• ##Making Joint Representations to, Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities, for addressing - Issues & Disputes, of - Apartment Complexes;
• ##Sharing data of resources, like – Vendors, Consultants and doing everything, which can make living in Apartment Complexes, a more satisfying experience.

Although there exist state specific acts, in relation to Apartment Complexes, they are inadequate to address the current challenges, faced by Apartment Complexes.

As Governing bodies of, Housing Societies, connect and share, mutual – resources, concerns & resolutions, it will evolve into a mechanism, which will ensure – enhanced, Peace & Tranquility, within – Apartment Complexes.
